The Blue House has 3 rooms on the first floor and 3 on the second floor. One room on the first floor is wheel-chair accesible. All rooms have views: some of the surrounding mountains, some of the waterfall, and some of the side garden/patio. One room has a jacuzzi. Some have small balconies modeled on the colonial architecture of Quito's Historic District. The rooms are named after their colors (in Spanish). Each floor has one "Canela" room, one "Verde" room, and one "Rojo" room. So the first floor rooms are "Canela-1," "Rojo-1," and "Verde-1." The second floor rooms are "Canela-2," "Rojo-2," and "Verde-2." There are a total of 11 beds with a possible occupancy of 19 guests. All rooms in The Blue House are in the Tier 2 price category.
