Strombolian Stout $4.50/bottle, $3.50 draft
Hand crafted at La Posada del Arte, with toasted barley and caramel malt. This beer has a smooth smoky finish with flavors of coffee and caramel.
Llama's Breath $4.50/bottle
Ecuador meets Belgium! Combining Belgian yeasts with locally made rock candy and oranges produces this unique beer. Made in the Belgian Tripel style, it has a light clear color and frothy white head. Strong fruity notes on the nose and a complex flavor of hops and bananas are the signatures of this beer.
Throat of Fire IPA $3.00/bottle, $3.50 draft
This beer has a strong hoppy flavor with a crisp start and bitter finish. A refreshing, drinkable beer with a beautiful amber color.  
Virgin's Veil Pale Ale $3.50 draft
This beer is light and aromatic, golden in color. Well-balanced with a moderate hop bitterness yet clean on the palate. Brewed with the blessed waters of the virgin.
 

Our beer is brewed with "Agua de la Vida," a natural spring at the foot of the waterfall a block from the brewery.
